We would need long term, high volume file hosting with permanent URLs.
Why?
- For some files that we can't bundle in Tiki, because they are gpl. Ex.: Mindmap
- powered-by images
It could be tiki.org/FileName with redirect to SourceForge
Perhaps we should get cdn.tiki.org
